Guest guest
Jeanne-- I have the same problem and I haven't found a solution. In addition, my feet and ankle swell during the day. I take a diuretic and that helps the swelling a little. Its very uncomfortable, as you know, Jeanne. I have an electric throw blanket that helps some but its really a circulation problem and the least cold seems to make it worse. Excercise helps a little but it's hard if you're stuck in a wheelchair all day. A hot shower feels so nice sometimes!! Anybody out there have the same problem? Any suggestions? Has anyone tried the Niacin? I'm desperate! Good Luck, Jeanne. If I find something that helps, i'll let you know. Ed Ames
Guest guest
I have this problem too and a hot shower helps my feet warm up. Sometime my feet turn blue. However, when my feet get hot, they get very hot and turn blood red. I've also had one cold foot and one hot foot (same time). Guest guest
I use a heating pad on my feet at night. When they warm up I turn it off and if they get cold during the night I put it back on.
