Hi , I joined a Sports Club in our area that has what they call

an " Aqua Fitness " class. It originally started for people with MS

but is now open to anyone. It is an hour and they do easy

movements. Of course, you do what you can and if you fall so what -

its only water. I have found that it has helped with my energy level

(although I am exhausted right after the class). I also go into the

hot tub after the class and that is wonderful! I also hope that it

will keep my muscles as strong as possible for as long as possible.
