Guest guest
Hi, A great source of links to key messageboard posts from here and other support groups, journal articles, and other information on the Ponseti method has been gathered at a site called " Ponseti Links " : http://pages.ivillage.com/ponseti_links/ It was created by , 's mom, a longtime member here, and is full of good info, on just about everything Ponseti related. (For those looking for info on the FAB (DBB), there's a section included with info from Hall, an orthotist in Iowa, with info on the setup and use, as well as pictures and other info.) Check it out! it should be helpful in your research. and > Hello again group. Guest guest
I think we need some new tips files/documents made. The ones there were so very useful for us but after our experiences with pressure sores (and others with blisters and pressure sores) I think they need to be amended. The only information that was there about sores was to use the corn pads, which didn't help us at all. I will try to put together my thoughts/tips and perhaps some of the rest of you can do it as well. I would hope that we could come up with one document to list in the files section that was comprehensive enough to send out to new parents and those having problems, whatever they may be. By including what has been learned in the past year with what already exists it should be fairly comprehensive. I'm thinking that it may be a good idea to get something completed and then automatically send it to new members when they join and perhaps even once a month to the whole list so people don't have to go looking for it. Would that irritate anyone? You could just delete if you didn't need it. Guest guest
, thanks for the link. I was able to get helpful info there during my research a couple of days back. Kori, am looking forward to whatever you can come up with. BTW, if the corn pads did not work - what did you do? > > > Hello again group.
