Guest guest
Hey everyone! Happy Friday! Well, last week I weighed in on Sat., but I weighed today this week (and from now on). Last week's weight: 207, this week: 205. Loss of 2 pounds! Cheer me!! I also measured today for the first time and will be tracking that from now on too. Chest: 49 " Waist: 39 " Hips: 49 " I hope to get down to a 30-32 " waist and 40 " hips and the chest... Well, I hope I don't lose too much there !! ;-) I hope to keep it in proportion, I guess. I currently wear I size 20 and would like to get down to a 10 or so... I would be happy with a 12, but a 10 sounds so good! Menu for yesterday: 1 C Total Raisin Bran w/1/2 C 2% milk 12 oz. ice water 2 Crunchy granola bars (1 serv.) 12oz ice water 7 triscuits, 2 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese, and 2 slices (1 serv.) of TVP Bacon (all stacked and melted in microwave) 1/2 C low-fat cottage cheese 12oz ice water 1 container (single serv.) Yoplait Whips! Key Lime Pie low fat yogurt 12oz ice water (I had a cheat meal for dinner!) :-0 2 C sweet and sour chicken (take-out) with 1 C white rice and 1 C breaded/fried diced chicken and 1/4 C sauce. 4 pieces crab gangoon (deep-fried wantons filled with crab/cream cheese/onion) 1 20oz coke 1/2 C Healthy Choice Peanut Butter Cup low fat ice cream My grand total for the day: Calories: 2226 Fat: 62 Carb: 333 Protein: 90 (all are a little approximated due to fit-day not having crab gangoon available in their lists!!) So far my worst day. I have been keeping it about half that... Oh well, I guess everyone has to cheat now and again! :-) Helps to maintain my sanity! Besides, I still lost 2 pounds! Take care all, (Balto., MD) 220/205/140 Today, well lived, makes every yesterday a memory of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day.
