Hi all,

I'm excited! Doug is helping us again this year with our TeamWalk t-shirt

design and I think it's pretty cool.

We decided not to include the location (Lexington) in the design like we did

last year, since it looks like we'll have a Satellite TeamWalk in California

and hopefully Satellite TeamWalks in Arkansas and North Carolina. So we need

to have a t-shirt for any location. I'd love to see a Satellite TeamWalk in

Ohio.......... anyone up to the challenge, heeheehee.

" I'm working on an idea here for a " mini-mini team walk " at my school

either right before or right after the Teamwalk in August. We do a

mini MS walk here at school for the kids (special ed school) and this

year we made $600 in pledges and concessions (all food donated by

parents). I'm waiting to get permission from my principal to make

this an SPF Walk but if we work it out, any one from the Upstate SC

area would be welcome to participate. I also plan to attend the

TEAMWALK in Boston but think this could help too. "

So, the hope is that the Walk at Cece's school can be for SPF this

year and if so, that area PLSers and HSPers can come and participate,

too, and make it a Satellite TeamWalk. It would be during school

hours at the school with the students.

I'll be sure to post about it if it works out.

We also have someone considering doing a Satellite TeamWalk in

Toldeo, OH. If anyone is close to Toldedo and wants to get involved,

please let me know.

Gee, it's going to be hard to estimate how many of those cute t-

shirts to order!
