Went back into AF on 16 September 2004 (a year later) after a visit to dentist : Anaesthetic: lignocaine with Adrenalin misrouted through back of jaw & I had convulsions, went pale, lost control of facial muscles etc. But I had a year ! zena123@... Am hoping for another cardioversion soon & will try to follow advice from this board re: diet, exercise etc. I already drink little other than water (occasional alcohol, maybe 2 drinks a month - it's very hard), no tea/coffee, take no salt where possible etc. zena123@...
