Welcome to the group. I am currently in remission (similar pattern to you -

no CU for a few years but then it will flair up for no apparent reason). I

haven't tried Quercetin yet but next bout I will. The homeopath where I

live has it and I'm sure the health food shops will know where to get it if

they don't have it.

Where are you from? There is a few of us Aussies in the group scattered

around the country.
