Delphine, Calcium is best absorbed with food. I take mine immediately after

my meals. That helps me remember to take it troo.

Crystal, thank you for the info. I too have been taking my synthroid along

with my calcium. I have been taking it for so long that I no longer bother

reading the printout. I have also been told to take my calcium 2 hrs apart

from my multivitamin. I find it difficult to remember to take my calcium at

different times during the day and I guess I will have to rearrange my

methods again.

And I take it WITH food, cuz it's easier for me. The IDEA is to generate acid

to process the calcium, which RNY can't rally do to any effective degree, but at

least we have a little something going on.
