Are you possibly thinking of L-Carnitor ? Usually

the " mitochondrial cocktail " is made up of quite a few different

supplements. The L-Carnitor you'd need a prescription for though

because the stuff in the store isn't quite the same (insurance might

cover it too). The type that's recommended is a more pure form.
