Guest guest
Dee--I second everything Misty said!!! I'll always remember having my initial consultation with Dr. K. He called you on the phone--you were still working at the hospital. He asked if you'd take the time to come over and talk to me, explaining you were one of his patients. Jokingly I said to him, tell her I want to see her scar! You came to his office, with your book of pre-op photos, even showed me your scar! You really put my mind at east about the surgery, the discomfort involved, and most of all, your confidence in Dr. K. Your warmth, compassion and openness made the decision easy for me to make. My mother enjoyed meeting you while I was in the hospital. She always asks me how you are doing. Indeed it has been a wonderful year of change for you, and I'm so proud of you. I'm also so grateful that you are here as help and inspiration to so many patients! What a magnificent gift--for you and for us! Happy One Year Birthday!!
