My Tom - who is 12-1/2 now - got Phonak Superos this summer and adores them. He heard water in the drinking fountain for the first time! Guest guest Posted December 31, 2004 Report Share Posted December 31, 2004 , That's so neat that you can hear those sounds out of your left ear, however it must be a pain not to be able to turn it off. 's aids don't have an on/off switch. To turn them off, we open up the battery door. If wants to turn them off, she just switches it to the t-coil setting...LOL What made you want to try to aid it after all this time?
