As for your breathing, you might want to really rest for several days and see if that improves your sats. I have to use oxygen with my CPAP, because I only breath 2-3 times per minute and not deeply when asleep. When awake, I breath slowly when tired, but at least it causes me to take a big deep breath every so often. We are going to get this puzzle worked out for you and then you can start going on with your life. Please be sure to keep us in the loop with this. BTW.. no thanks are necessary here. Alice tomorrow and Friday Tomorrow is the first big day in my search for answers. I have discussed mito with my pc and he scheduled a physical for tomorrow afternoon. His first reaction was "gosh, this is a bizarre step to ask about mitochondrial disease" but I had copies of facts from the UMDF website and tons of info from Dr Alice! After glancing at the symptoms and causes on the sheets he agreed that it would be nice to find a closer diagnosis since many of my problems 'cross over' and there have always been questions about Lupus really being the answer.
