Wanda, my you do have all kinds of ideas for that bed of nails. I am down

another half pound today and hoping to stay out of that naughty corner all

together. Well, at least until returns the remote control!

Friday Goal - 142 yet again!

Only a pound and a half to Friday goal! I know it's very slow and difficult

when you're down that far. Let's just get you out of the naughty corner for

good. C'mon, you can do it. If I have to I'll run over to Pella and watch

your food intake myself.
