You can order your on from www.canaryclub.org as the four time s in a day is what you need to see with adrenal fatigue. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
If you feel as bad as stage 6, then it looks like cortisol testing with blood is inaccurate. Did you drink coffee or have any stimulants prior to the blood test? wrote: I had my a.m. serum cortisol tested and it came back " normal " (19.4 in a range of 4-22. One month later, I had saliva testing done and I found I was is stage 6 adrenal exhaustion. So there you go.... Re: Re: I'm really stuck now >>Only my morning cortisol has been tested and it was all good. The afternoons I tend to need a nap and taking the 5mg hc helps this. Then I was fine for the rest of the day. Not so now though. Taking too much more HC makes me tired.<< How " good " was your AM cortisol? Where the doc said ti was good? What was the numbers? SOry but most don't knwo SQUAT abotu what is good AM cortiosl. The fact it made you tired tells me it is not good, as it is stopping the adrenlaine you are running on. Once you stay on it a week or two at high enough doses, that effect will leave. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
