I use those a lot for cookies or melting chocolate(choc. covered pretzels). Also, www.choclat.com(Chocolate Emporium)1-888-CHOCLAT. I went there last week and bought chocolate chips, lentils which are like M & M's, and they sell pure chocolate candy. They do ship. Vicki H. Guest guest
Try Ms. Robens. I bought chocolate chips from there. It was the only place I could find that was gfcf. I believe the address is MsRobens.com

I just ordered some chocolate " Pellets " from EnerG Foods at web site www.ener-g.com. They come in 1 lb packages. They say in their catalog that they are " Free of Wheat, gluten, dairy, soy GMO " . The ingredients are Evaporated cane juice, pure unsweetened chocolate, honey. They taste OK but they look like rabbit food. Kathy
