It may have been the PD thing that someone else mentioned and at the time did not apply to Charlotte, so I don't remember all the details, if the doctor says it will help indefinitely and he is an expert in the field, I would go with his call on it. It may well have been the vocal cord experiments somewhere in Philadelphia. There is a site WWW.Botox.com. which addresses Botox information only. The FDA has given full approval to the use of Botox in cervical dystonia.
