Guest guest
I have a question on this. If you do take it sublingual, do you need to take less because it is being better absorbed? First, you CAN swallow your Armour. You WILL still get benefits!! It's simply wise that if you swallow, you need to avoid iron, calcium and estrogen at the same time, for example, since
Guest guest
Not necessarily, Fionna. It's true that sublingual is much better absorbed, and you get more than if you swallow. But....what you are currently swallowing may not be your optimal dose anyway. So I can state that if it was me, I'd do sublingual with the same amount I was swallowing, and observe how I do. Guest guest
I might try this after I get this rash thing all done. It I still have the rash this weekend I am going to the Doc and see what it is. I have decreased my armour back down to 120 to see if it gets better.
