What is EFA supplement? The itching is horrible at times.I have tried

cortizone 10 cream on it too. I am going back and forth from calamine

lotion to it. Their is no oozing from the bites or welts. I woke up this

morning with some on one of my legs now.

i tried neosporin, coconut oil and then i noticed a i big drop in

itch, color, spreading when i started taking an EFA supp. the

little " pimple " type bumps seemed to dry up from both inside and

out. i still can see the marks but they are fading slowly. good

that itching thing was horrible for me too. does it ever feel like

you are being stabbed with a really looonnnng sharp nedle, down deep

into the rash area?

okay- EFA is Essential Fatty Acid. the supp i take is a combo of

borage oil, flaxseed oil and fish oil.
