Guest guest
I am in search of something new. For those of you who don't know me, I'm 24 years old and I've been suffering from vulvodynia for 3 years. I was diagnosed with HPV 2 years ago, had a leap procedure to remove it last year, and have been HPV cell free for over a year. I recently had a great 5 weeks of pain free living while on 50 miligrams of zoloft. I had switched to zoloft after an unsuccessful three weeks at 10mg of noretryptoline (cant spell it, but you get the idea)....Anyway, I'm back to pain and I'm not sure in which direction I should move. My specialist is over an hour drive away and only works mondays, so appointments are hard to come by ( My next one isnt until the end of February). I went to my regualr gyno 3 weeks ago just to make sure yeast or BV wasn't present, and of course it wasnt. My pain consists primarly of interior vaginal burning precipitated by a creamy white (bv like) discharge. Three weeks ago, for the first time, I also suffered from some rectal itching. I tried PT, but it was unsuccessful, too expensive, and simply not realistic for my lifestyle. Any ideas about any treatments or tests I should have done?
