Theresa , thanks so much, I have been letting them sit in the

cupboard long enough. I don't have the info on my box, wonder why ?!!

anyway this is not bad. I wanted to try coating some fish and chicken

in it. Now I will use it for different breadings.. again thanks..

Long before they boxed up Corn flake crumbs and sold them in a pretty box,

we would take regular corn flakes and crush them with a rolling pin. I do

the same with graham crackers by putting them in a plastic sandwich bag and

rolling the pin over them, crushing them into nice little crumbs for a

garnish on sf pudding or even to add a little crunch in the pudding.
