I don't have the info on my box, wonder why ?!! anyway this is not bad. I wanted to try coating some fish and chicken in it. Guest guest Posted April 16, 2004 Report Share Posted April 16, 2004 Long before they boxed up Corn flake crumbs and sold them in a pretty box, we would take regular corn flakes and crush them with a rolling pin. I do the same with graham crackers by putting them in a plastic sandwich bag and rolling the pin over them, crushing them into nice little crumbs for a garnish on sf pudding or even to add a little crunch in the pudding.
