Guest guest
wow thats a little freaky. i've got the same sounding thing going on with my back and belly. yikes! i thought maybe i was bit by a spider. i tried coconut oil on the areas and it didn't spread any further but was too impatient so dug around and found some generic neosporian. that helped a little with the itch and tenderness but still slow going. 3 days ago i started taking a new supp that is an EFA combo of flaxseed, borage annd fish oil and this morn all the " pimples " are drying out and the underlying redness is nearly gone and it does not itch at all. about a month agao i noticed i have a dry spot on my left elbow- silvery scaling skin. i'm not on any meds or supps besides the happy pills and the new EFA. strange. kathryn in the twilight zone > Okay guys new thing as popped up. Guest guest
Hey I started taking a fish oil supplement containing the omega 3s and 6s along with the borage oil last Wednesday along with my Selenium and my iron. Mine started its spread after that. I tried neosporin on mine and I think it probably made it feel the best out of all the things I tried (a calamine lotion with hc, Ivarest, and togical hc). I think I found one in my hairline yesterday. I think I'll e-mail my doc and see what she thinks about it. Thx for your response!
