Hi I've resent the info for teh vitamins my private doc put me on for my

adrenals and thyroid hope it helps

This is an excellent regimin. I would also add Chromium - 200 to 400

mcg a day. Chromium is essential for thyroid hormone production and

for blood sugar control and studies done with chromium and obese

patients found that they lost weight with 400 mcg a day about 1/2 a

pound a week. It is really important for proper metabolic function.

Chromium also allowed diabetes patients to drop their insulin

requirements.

The B vitamins and C are essential for the adrenals. The adrenals

need huge amounts of vitamin C.

Don't mean to be picky, but shouldn't that be 200 " mcg " of selenium,

rather than " mg " ?

rather than " mg " ?
