Hi all.I am now going on week four on my " thyroid meds " known

armour to you all.I did the switch from levothyroxine 125.

I must admit it was not easy going. I take 45 mg in the morning and the

other 45 in mid afternoon.I am on my own on this as doctor does not

understand but willing try...I am glad to say that all posts have helped

me understand each day a little more.I am still struggling with leaving

my comfort zone as I am tired and I still have my anxiety/panic modes

going. I know that it may take a long time to heal.....Betty

Oh, don't have any doubts. Armour works and Armour works

beautifully. There is just that period of finding the optimal

amount, and you are certainly not there yet. If needed, get your

adrenals tested to see if you need support there. Hang on, kiddo.

You WILL get there.

Sandy..... I was sick for about 8 years before being diagnosed

with Graves then for three years after that I tried the medication thing

to see if it would burn out.....not.....RAI then was done ten years

ago.I have an Aunt who also had Graves and that was in the 50's .She had

RAI done twice. My mother was never diagnosed either but I must agree

also with you that I suspect she too had a thyroid problem when I look

at the past. Betty
