Guest guest Posted July 9, 2001 Report Share Posted July 9, 2001 Carol: I know how you are worried, I've just had my husband with it two weeks ago and he wasn't sure he was going to get to come home again. The meds that they have now work so fast, that in a few days Fred was feeling better and was able to come home after 4 days at the hosptial. I know that the doctors are doing all that they can for your father. Try to get some rest for yourself, I didn't rest to much , but wish now I would of.You'll need it, if your dad come home and you take care of him. Fred was on Levaquin 500mg, I asked for a list of all the meds that they gave Fred, so if he should ever get it again, I know what worked and maybe I can let the doctor know. you and your father are in my prayers.
