AWESOME!!!! I am so happy for you and SO appreciate the success

story. Will you please, PLEASE, post a copy of your protocol under

the " files " section as a success story. We all need to be reminded

that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

PS-which two meds are you on?

I just want you all to know that there is hope. Please believe me on

this.

I have been working on getting better for quite some time and I don't

believe this seige of vulvodynia is over yet!

But when I was truly down and discouraged I started doing Emotional

Freedom Techniques and I felt more hopeful and positive and I started

working on old emotional issues that kept flaring up. I do believe

this has helped me a lot. I react in different more positive ways.

It is not the only thing, though. I have been exploring a lot of

things. I am taking two meds. I did start doing trigger point therapy.

I do pilates and I do some kegal exercises. And I enjoy hanging upside

down on my inversion table!

(I thought I'd just throw that in for some humor-but it is relaxing)

Diet wise I eat Activa yogurt every day and drink Danactive but not

every day. Nothing else unusual. I try to drink a lot of water but I

don't always do it. I tell my husband that taking care of myself is a

full time job!!!

I am sitting at the computer fully dressed in pants that I have been

warinig since 9:30 AM!!!! I could have never done that before. It is

now 7:30 PM.

If I can be a beacon of hope to anyone I want to be it. Anyone who

wants to chat can feel free to e-mail me. If we need to exchange phone

numbers then that is fine.

We need to help each other.

Thank you Tom. And thank you for turning me on to EFT. It has helped

a lot in many ways. I look forward to the day that I will off meds

completely.
