What is Tahitian Noni juice? I know I've heard the name before, but I

have no idea what it is.

EFA's are Essential Fatty Acids (I believe). Omega 3's, that sort of

thing

Sheilvina,

Above is a link that contains pretty simply put info about EFAs and

the benefits of Omega 3 Fatty acids (one of the EFAs). If you are

intrigued, Dr. Mercola's site has it's own search engine for you to

find further articles on EFAs and a wide variety of subjects.

I've heard of many people with Autistic children using Noni juice.

I need to look that one up again.

Welcome.

Hi Sheilvina,

Welcome! I am also sort of new to the board so I will have the other

expert parents tell you all about EFAs. My 28 month old is not on it,

but I am thinking about it. My question to you is what made you start

him on the Noni? Has it helped? How much do you give him and how

often? You are going to love this group. You will learn a great deal.
