I like frozen yogurt. Turkey Hill makes a good one. I have not had that for a

long time. The one I get is half cup for 2 points and sometimes I do take the

whole cup. I also eat skinny cows at times and bought the slim fast low fat

ice cream bars. That has 25% calcium so I count it as a milk product. It is

nice and rich.

When I eat at Friendly's, sometimes they have a special with certain

entrees. You get a happy ending. They do have a non fat frozen yogurt, but I do

get

the regular ice cream. Yes, I do like that at times. I can say it is a treat

for me.

Hope your weekend was nice. My weekend was nice.

See you on line,

Cyrella :)

Yup, me too. And if you put it into a bowl and add a little Cool Whip

Free it's even more special!

Definitely. If I have the extra points, I'll make mine into a Skinny

Cow sundae, by putting it in a bowl with a few dollops of FF cool

whip and a teaspoon of chocolate sprinkles. It's really good and it

takes me awhile to eat it with a fork.
