I came back weighing the very same as the day I left, so that is super. I kind of thought that I would be a little less, but I think I am retaining fluid by the feel of it..probably because I never drank enough of it, right? A couple of finds that I ran across was the WW Smart Ones hamburger buns, The clerk said they just came into their store, a new product to them, and those laughing cows cheese wedges in the Light version , I have a hard time getting the light version here. I found these in Moncion Grocery in Ontario. I also came across a new to me, type of granola bar. This one works out to 3 points. I found that it is well worth the points if you have them to spare at the end of the day or whatever. It took me forever to eat it, it is so nutty and crunchy and a hint of sweetness about it. It reminded me of having sesame seeds in it. and there is also almonds in it..A little bigger than most granola bars and very filling. But it is reaking of nuts, really good. For anyone interested here is some info on them: I brought the box home to see if I can get them here somewhere. There is a link: www.leclerc.ca . After the page loads click on History Products, then " Vital " Now the ones I had were the Chewy Bars. I see they have more in there as well, I doubt I will be able to find them here. I wonder if any of you have tried these. Vital Strawberry Bars,I bought them at the Giant Tiger Store in Ontario, Canada.
