I also toss and turn for an hour or more even when I'm having a non anxiety night; very frustrating. I am waiting now for my generic Armour to come. I also bought the adrenal supplements from NutriMeds and have been taking one or two of them a day; but I really have no idea what would be the right amount to help. I quit taking my Levothroid and Cytomel a week ago and have also been taking the thyroid supplement from NutriMeds until the other gets here. Thanks again. Carla -- Re: Insomnia?
