I've decided to set my goal weight at 165

, I'm setting a very moderate goal for myself. It's about 10-15 pounds

higher than WW's goal for me would be, but I have to be reasonable. My doctor

will okay it for me. And when I reach that weight, I can decide if I want to

keep on going to a lower weight. I don't want to put myself into a position

that is impossible to maintain. I'm guessing you feel the same way.

But who knows....we both may change our minds!!

It's good to check with a doctor... I hadn't thought of that, LOL. I

have an appt with my dr on May 20, so I will talk to her then... She

hasn't seen me since I was at about 218ish, so I'm super excited!!!
