Used it a couple of years ago for a while...and it helped. I had

stopped...but recently bought some. Plan to start it this month. I didn't last

month

because I was doing the ZRT saliva test and didn't want to skew any results.

But I'm looking forward to starting it again. I think it will definitely help.

I think many of us feel " warm " when our hormones begin to

fluctuate...long before we ever have hot flashes...progesterone cream

is really good for *most* women if you're having any type of PMS or

other problems with your cycle. It' helps boost your thyroid

function and/or thyroid meds too. If you have stressed addreanls,

once again, progesterone can help. But you are using progesterone

cream, right? Dr. Swartzbein (I think it's her) makes a

distinguishment between peri-menopause, which can truly last 10 years

and pre-menopause which really begins in the months leading up to

menopause and is much more extreme...I doubt you are at that place

yet!!
