Perfume???? Why yes M'am, I have! I wear this wonderful scent - it's very

clean and subtle and I just LOVE it. It's by Philosophy and it's called

Amazing Grace. I've just heard they're coming out with a room spray - Oh la la

-

right up my alley. I've long said, if I were to open a business it would be

something in line with Sephora or Bath and Body. When I'm anywhere near

those types of places - it's like their is a magnetic pull drawing me - I'm

very

serious - and my daughter is the same way - LOL Rita

PS - I love kitchen stores too!

Yikes $234! Didn't realize it was that much. What I would suggest is

looking into Hotels.com or priceline.com where you can get better rates

for your stay. Just plug in the dates your interested in and shoot for

staying somewhere in the city. Usually you can get good deals that way,

especially if you pre-plan.

My eyes seems to be okay for now - thanks for asking :-) Hugs, Rita

Hi Rita:

Thanks for the info. Is $234 a night the going rate? Would there be

somewhere cheaper further out from the city you could recommend? 2 nights

there really puts a dent in the budget. I guess I'm just used to rooms in

the south where you can get a really nice room for $100 at Courtyard or

something like that...poor sheltered southern girl here..

The Black Pearl? I am a HUGE fan of the Pirates of the Caribbean!!

I'll be asking for more info prior to the trip, for sure...

My son Rob (15), myself, and my husband are planning a family trip. We

are going to the American Juvenile Arthritis Organization's convention on

Juvenile arthritis in Providence, Rhode Island in July. We live in

southern Indiana, and have decided to drive.

We've never been up that way, and really want to visit the Big Apple for

a day or two.

Our initial thought is to find a hotel (hopefully nice and not too

expensive) and take a day or two day tour where someone else would take

us sight-seeing.

Any suggestions on where to stay and what tour to take?

We want to see the Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero, Empire State bldg,

Central Park...

Any suggestions welcomed!!
