Everything goes as it should - increased blood flow, tension of increased pleasure - sensation that orgasm is about to occur and then only a tiny pleasure response as orgasm occurs... instead of the intense pleasure. Body relaxes as if it had enjoyed the intense pleasure - but its as if the parts work but the pleasure doesn't reach my brain or something? Started about 2 weeks ago or so. Thought maybe it was because I had gotten lax with T applications and had been cutting slivers off of my patch to reduce my E (doc wanted me to try). But I resumed both in usual doses when this began and it's still that way. I have: DV Very Mild one area vestibulitis. Chronic low back L3/4 bulging disc & collapse L4/5 bulging and collapsed, L5 S1 bone on bone - no disc material left. Nerve impingement and arthritis spurs in back Left leg sciatica and some toe drag. Altered gait from broken left foot and damage to tendon that goes arount outside of left ankle and into calf. Arthritic knees further alter gait. C5 6 damage w/bulging discs and annular tear . Hip problems Prior pelvic floor problems. I have gotten out my heated massage unit and used it on buttocks and low back (starting yesterday) and I have followed the pubic bone across my tummy (hair line of genital area) and find that there is EXTREME tenderness along bone (the bundle of nerves/muscles etc found on both ends) and swelling of that muscle/tendon 'bunch' on the left side. There is tenderness in the area just beneath the outer left labia where it meets the buttocks and pressing there reveals a swelling (this area was a problem when I took PT for pelvic floor). Either of you EVER heard of losing that sensation? The color of the genitals is normal - so I don't think it's varicose vein issues cutting off blood supply - the area plumps up as it should in preparation for orgasm, but the sensation just isn't there!!!!!!!
