LOL Jamy Jamy, How much of the phosphatidylserine do you take and how many times a day? Do you take it just before bed? Also when taking isocort to aid your adrenals, does that counteract it somewhat? Then again I suppose you want the cortisol during the day and not so much at night!! Just a bit confused about how all these hormones work with each other, ratio, all that stuff. I bought some PS today at the store as I saw some there, it is leci-ps,100mg.
