Guest guest Posted July 5, 2006 Report Posted July 5, 2006 , There are a lot of nice people out there, and I find the more I reach out and be a friend, I get back double in return. You must be a nice person for people to treat you the way they do...let me know what happens after your appointment. I had a double in June of 2004, and I've never looked back. I look to the future, my happiness and my well-being. I find my life has more purpose, more beauty and more love than I could have imagined and I appreciate the people and things in my life more than ever before. Look forward, not back...and know we're all here for you during your journey. Best, Quote

Guest guest Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 This is hitting you real hard.........and also your husband....He must be scared too. Not that I condone him not speaking or sleeping in the tent, maybe he is worrying about financial problems also. But you have to look forwards and not backwards. Now that you know what you have to fight you will find more ways to do that. Glad your folks are helping out too. Search the internet and learn as much as you can about your type of cancer. We are all survivors and we work hard to maintain our serenity. Peace to you and all the rest of our group. You are not in this alone....we will walk with you on this journey, and think of it as a journey. Update us regularly so that we can be of help. Get rid of all those bad/negative thoughts and concentrate on the positive.....you can do it!!!
