Hi Dr.R,

It's Dee ( s Dees sister), I have done well I have lost 3 more #s, but

during the snow I did gain 5,so I thought I had an appt. with Dr. Sampson on

last Thurs., but it is the 10, and I will again ask her about Merida if she

sodas and dring water now, for the past 8 days I have done great. Water
