Guest guest
Summertime for me is the easiest time to stay OP, with the exception of all the yummy high point BBQ's that we get invited too. What is your favorite WW friendly food to take to a BBQ? If possible please include the recipe. Moe
Guest guest
I always love to make my own cole slaw and take a big bowl.. I use the fat free miracle whip by Source. It is the only FF one I like.. I then add some sweetener packets to it..a sprinkle of onion powder and zip-o thats it..everyone loves it.. if you were to use real sugar, you will have to add a few drops of milk to it, to get it disolved before adding, otherwise it is gritty..(and sometimes I leave out the onion powder, if you use, it doesn't take much) Also I make my own sauce. I use ketchup, light soya and sweetener, add onion and garlic powder..I can always have my own done ahead. Very low point and depending on how much ketchup, I usually don't have enough to count. And I always take diet pop, just in case.... ------------------------------------------------------------------- In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " Adoption is an Option " <baby4us@c...> wrote: > Summertime for me is the easiest time to stay OP, with the exception of all the yummy high point BBQ's that we get invited too. > What is your favorite WW friendly food to take to a BBQ?
