Guest guest
What DVD do you use at home for exercise? I am looking for something to do at home easily. I belong to a gym and I work out there 3 days a week. I want to do something at home on the w/e so I don't have to leave my family for 2 hours. Thanks, Gilta
Guest guest
I do MTV Pilates. I don't know why it's called MTV Pilates, it isn't MTV music or anything. I like it... in OKC <>< 238/210.2/208 > What DVD do you use at home for exercise? I am looking for something to do at home easily. I belong to a gym and I work out there 3 days a week. Guest guest
My main workout the last 5 years has been Tae Bo. His new ones (Tae Bo 2004, Cardio, Flex and Believers) are much more newbie friendly. They're easier than the basics and he focuses on strength and form, instead of the " killer " cardio in the Live! series. But I also have WATP (Walk Away The Pounds) that I do every so often. Right now, I'm almost a month into my 90 workout program, and that's mainly weights. But she schedules us cardio days and we can do our own cardio whenever we want. Guest guest
I forgot to add The Firm. Get your cardio and weights in one workout. Pilates is also good.
