I was not keeping track of foods point wise during my vacation and the

passover holiday. That is okay. I am back now and that is what counts. Taking a

break is okay at times. Break time is over lol. Have a good one.

Cyrella :) Thanks for your support

Actually, I'll respectfully disagree. One of the things we talk about

all the time is that this is a lifestyle change. That means you don't

take breaks. I know we can use flex points to manage the holiday. If YOU

want to take a break certainly that's up to you, but on the list we've

discussed this in the past and it's not something we suggest to the

members. After all, how can you take a break from a lifestyle change?

Either you've changed or you didn't.

We know that you can handle it Cyrella, but some new members might not

realize that you've been at lifetime for a long time. Different people

do lifetime differently. Some continue to journal (I do). Some just keep

points in their head. I know that I'm on a lifetime chat and those of us

who journal daily never have to " go back on program to lose a few pounds

that snuck on " because we've been on program the entire time.
