Hi Dawn,

it was t-lyph that I started with but, in the end, I had to get armour as the

t-lyph just wasn't strong enough for my needs (I have been undiagnosed hypo for

years)

You know, if you wanted to try desiccated thyroid you could buy generic armour

from Mexico for less than you pay for your glandular. There is a set shipping

charge so it pays to order a lot at once.

T-lyph

Darn thought I was doing well there

I hadn't thought they were that high strength when I started taking them

just wanted something to start kicking in until I could get sorted, and they

are certainly working well, given the state of my brain I must have

misunderstood him.

several Drs on the thyroid Uk top doc list use glandulars rather

than Armour. The main thing is whether or not it is helping and it

seems to be doing the trick for you

If that is dessicated thyroid, then it is natural thyroid and it is

certainly OVER 2 grains. It's kind of like the Nutri-Meds thyroid

supplement. They cannot legally claim that it has exactly this or that

because then, it would come under the scrutiny of the government, and they

would make them apply for prescription status. I think that the Nutri-Meds

has much less in one tablet than a grain (correct me if I'm wrong), but this

is where they ALmost got in trouble awhile back, so they have corrected

their description of it, as a " supplement " . It doesn't mean that it's not

thyroid, though. I would not want the parotid glands though.

Dawn,

myrxforless sells the generic armour 2 grains is $7.95 per 100, 1 grain is $6.95

per 100. International shipping is a flat rate $12.95 so it pays to order for

several months in one go.

Legally you can import for 3 months personal use but as nobody knows what my

daily dose is they can't check (I suppose if you were bringing in huge amounts

they would object)

I have been taking genuine armour but I am going to switch to the generic as it

is so much cheaper.

t-lyph

Ahh so that's how you know so much about it :-)

It probably won't be for me in teh end I suspect.

I wasn't sure if the Mexico company imported to teh Uk how much does it cost

you

Dawn
