Guest guest
Amber when I read how you jumped into it so hard after not doing it for quite some time, I kind of thought this would happen. For every excerise we do there seems to be a whole new muscle group come into action. I can really understand how you must ache, but the good news is you will heal.. but how about taking it a little easier for a few trips out til your back into the groove so to speak. You have lots of time...lol. Have fun.... Guest guest
Kallie, Thanks so much. I do think you are right. I am still really sore today and think that my excitement made me push a bit harder than I should have. I really wanted to go out today again but am afraid that as sore as I am I will fall again and I don't think my tailbone will take another fall like than right now. But I am excited that I even want to try again.....the old me would have thrown in the towel at the first sign of muscle pain. But I just want to get to the point that it doesn't hurt so much to be active. Thanks for the sweet emails you have all sent to me...
