It is a hard decision to make, to go get help, and it is even harder to ask for that kind of help. To admit we cant do it anymore, means we are weak. WRONG... That actually means we are very strong. I am proud of you Debbie for getting the help you needed, and I am even gladder (sorry I made up a new word for 's dictionary), I am even gladder you didn't carry out the suicide plan you had. It sucks to be so low, that we think the only way out is suicide. Well I am hear to tell ya (from experience) that it is not the only way out. I hope in your sharing your story, that you have helped others, who are in that same place, dealing with the mental stresses and stuggles, and wanting to find a way out. Suicide is not the answer...... Again Debbie, Thanks for finally telling us why you were in the hospital, and you don't have to be embarassed by admitting it. I have individual emails, I even sent one to myself, and it was delayed-- weird. From what I'm understanding it has alot to do with all the new spam guards in place. About half of all the emails sent to me, since I have them go to Yahoo and have Yahoo forward them to my AOL, say possible spam. I just overlook it, and open them up if it's from the group, or one of you guys privately. (If I don't know who it's from, it's deleted). But with the volume of mail we all send, we get to know your email addresses pretty well- LOL!
