Hi WW Friends,

This week has been rough. I went to my regular meeting hoping that

the 3.4lb was not true and that the other scale was incorrect.

Well, it was correct. Ok, if I continue on the path that I am going

on I will not make my goal of weighing 190lbs by July 1st of this

year. I am still deciding to comfort myself with food. I have not

been using my tools. What good is a tool if you do not pick it up

and use it? When I get the craving to eat and I more than likely

will, I will use my tools.

Best to you Kim, keep pushing and working the program, and one day it

will all fall together for you.

I have been doing really well myself for awhile now. One of the

things I am doing more of is snacking on raw veggies with a little

herb & spice fat-free sour cream, when I get the urge to eat, when I

am NOT hungry. Lots of times I would be just looking for that crunchy

spicey food, and I have found a way to enjoy them better with the

flavored sour cream. Look for something to munch on that is

virtually calorie and fat-free when your really not hungry at all.
