Hi, Diane:

I'm sorry you didn't have a good week, but thank you for sharing all

your postive thoughts.

It's 6:30 in the morning here, and thank you for reminding me that

every day is a new day with a chance to start fresh. That's such a

great thought to start the day with.

And it's good to remember that none of us are alone. Even if we don't

know each other well, there are many of us facing the same challenge

of taking good care of ourselves.

I'm wishing everyone who reads this a good and gentle day.

Today I want to get some exercise, take my vitamin, and work on my

taxes. :)

Diane,

I know I am late in replying to this because I was on vacation and

am just now getting caught up on the board. But I just wanted to

say how great this message was. It is one I will print out to refer

to when I am having a hard time.

Thanks for the thoughts.
