I'm not giving up strawberries and almonds. Weren't they on the list? IF

I " m remembering correctly. (I'm late

getting to these e-mails because these are downloaded on my big computer

and I hadn't been able to get to

them because our new portable AC was blowing a fuse. LOL

Yeh, I'm with you, I don't think we should give up our spinach. I do

know

one other thing that we have to be aware of in spinach in large amts, if

you

have formed kidney stones before---oxalates.

Vinegar dissolves oxalates in spinach. Is vinegar contraindicated

for thyroid sufferers?

Then it would seem to me that those who are worrying about hair loss

should investigate Jarvis' book? The ref I posted should be included.

It was perhaps Gibbons who suggested the use of vinegar-dissolving

oxalates, I think.
