When I had gotten up to 2 grains over 1 1/2 years ago, and would try to go up to 2 1/4 grains, I kept getting hyper symptoms---for me that was major palps. I surmised that 2 grains was my optimal dose. (I was wrong.) Soon afterwards, I had a longer than normal period, and got achy. I then had my Ferritin tested---WOW it was low. I corrected it, which at the time was only getting it up to 48, but that was better. And voila!! I was able to raise my Armour with NO problems. I am now at 3 1/4 grains. Late last year, I got slack on my iron, and my Ferritin fell to around 38--back came my achies. SO now I stay on iron, and try to keep my Ferritin in the 60's. You may not still feel right because it can take several weeks to correct low Ferritin....I had to take two 325 mg. tablets a day, sometimes three, to get it up. And it took many weeks. Also, you may not yet be at your optimal Armour dose... Your supplements look great as well as when you are taking them. The only ones that interfere are the iron and calcium, which you are taking at night anyway. Because 2 grains may not be all you need, but you will have to wait to correct other issues. DARN!! But..for me, I have to take it just to keep my Ferritin optimal. Weird. But even if you did take the iron and/or calcium with your thyroid meds, all you would need to do is increase your Armour to compensate. Have you tried melatonin for sleep? Ask your doctor about it. I'd suggest starting at a low dosage and use the lowest that works. Don't go higher than 3 mg. or mcg. whichever way it comes. I can't remember. I hope you'll be feeling better soon! in Va. Hi After reading several posts regarding supplements I'm trying a few to see if they help me (hypothyroidism). But I understand WHEN you take these supplements is also very important - something that is never on the label. I take all supplements after a meal.
