Blue-Grey Eye Discoloration

Hi:

I rarely post, but have been a group member for several years, and I have a

question.

I have taken Minocycline for the past 8 years, 200mg per day, and noticed an

odd discoloration in my eyes about a week ago. I've done a little looking

online and it appears it could be " Minocycline-induced scleral pigmentation. " I

have a circular blue-grey band of discoloration surrounding, but not touching,

my iris - there is a band of white in between my iris and the blue-grey band,

and it involves both eyes. It kind of freaked me out when I first noticed it

- now, since I haven't gone blind in the last few days, I figure I'll survive.

Of course, I could be totally wrong about what this is -

Has anyone else had this, or heard of others who have?

Any information will be greatly appreciated,
