Cappie, during your weight loss, how have you managed to have clothes

that fit? Have you bought a whole new wardrobe yet? Buying new clothes

is one of the rewards you get for losing weight, LOL. Sue

Sky: yeah that is what I mean--I suppose you could use it to mae your

own lemonaide with Splenda too but I just use it for cooking.

It tasts NOTHING like that bottled stuff. The plastc botle says it is

100% pure juice of 7 lemons with no preservatives.

For several years my brother-in-law has been drinking a couple of

tablespoons of vinegar at bedtime, but he does it to help him to lose

weight and perhaps help clean out his blood vessels (his words). He

also started working out every week day. He has lost 90 pounds. He

wasn't fat to begin with; since he's 5'10 " tall, he can carry a lot of

weight and still not be fat. He has been able to stop taking his

diabetes medications. I think it's more likely the exercise than the

vinegar, but maybe the vinegar helped, too.

I eat a salad almost every day for lunch. The second ingredient in the

salad dressing I use is vinegar, so maybe I'm getting enough vinegar

then. I would start drinking some before supper, but I don't know if I

can handle the taste. My BIL dilutes his with a little water; if you

add a lot, you have more to drink, he says. Sue
