HI,

I take half of my CoQ10 in the morning and half at night. I think I

read that l-tyrosine should be taken first thing in the morning before

food.

in Va.

Thanx for your help Janie.

Does anyone know the best time of day to take CoQ10 and LTyrosine?

L-tyrosine - or any amino acid (supps which have the L in front of

them, like L-carnitine) should always be taken on an empty stomach.

I always take mine with the Armour first thing in the AM.
